Why I Created This Program

I created this program to give back to those who dedicate themselves to their country and community. You brave few bind our nation together and keep us safe at home and abroad. Often, sacrificing your own wellbeing to do so. My mission with this program is to give your wellbeing back without issues by restoring your strength, resilience, and longevity without guesswork or wasted effort.


 

This program is for military service members and first responders who want to keep serving at a high level or step into more demanding roles but feel held back by injuries, sustainability issues, or doubts about performance.

Program Breakdown: what you get

Introductory Virtual Meeting via Google Meet

The success for any of my clients has always started with one thing: the athlete-coach relationship. We start with an introductory call where we will get to know each other and discuss things like your health & injury history, training goals, & lifestyle habits, & more!

Programming by Atlas Strength Company via Everfit

4 Training Days/Week

Each session blends strength, power, and conditioning. Even if you miss a day due to shift work or training, you won’t lose progress.


Custom Warm-Up Routine

Injuries happen for different reasons, so my management strategy is not one-size-fits-all. Your warm-up is designed for your body allowing you to get the most out of each training session. 


Running & Rucking

Two additional sessions each week build your aerobic base—the foundation for any tactical athlete.  Your aerobic base not only a fundamental event during any service related fitness test, but it is also going to be the primary driver for recovery in between sets and workouts, allowing your body to get stronger, faster. 


Progress Tracking & Video/Written Guidance

Everfit tracks your weights, sets, and exercise history so you always know where you left off. Each exercise will have video and/or written instruction so you know exactly what to do.
