Building Strength to Support Your World
At Atlas Strength Company, we believe that strength training can do more than enhance your career in sport or service—it can transform your life.
For the athletes and tactical members of our community who give so much through entertainment, camaraderie, and service, we aim to return the favor by supporting you in the weight room.
We see strength as the foundation of fitness, elevating your performance, confidence in your body’s abilities, physical resilience against injury, and mental empowerment—extending your career in sport or service.
Our mission at Atlas Strength Company is to help you build strength to support your world, and in doing so, we believe it can change your life.
Our process begins with a free online consultation, where we set goals, establish nutrition habits, and discuss any pre-existing health or injury considerations. Once we identify a program that suits your schedule and budget, we’ll conduct a movement assessment and strength evaluation to create your feedback-driven strength program.
Skills and attributes will be routinely tested and adjusted to ensure you always feel healthy and strong.
My name is Russell Graham, I received my Bachelor’s of Health Science from Norwich University in 2021 and I am an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I have several years of experience in sports performance and tactical strength & conditioning, having worked with a diverse range of individuals, including middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes, semi-professional baseball players, EMTs, U.S. Army soldiers, and aspiring Seattle firefighters. I employ various evidence-based training methodologies to maximize your results while minimizing your risk of injury.
I discovered my passion for strength and conditioning while attending Norwich University, the Military College of the State of Vermont. During my four years in the Corps of Cadets, I participated in both Army and Air Force ROTC. After being physically disqualified from commissioning due to musculoskeletal injuries sustained from athletics, I made it my mission to help others avoid similar setbacks and continue their careers free from both acute and chronic injuries.
With ample experience working with both tactical and athletic populations, I am well-acquainted with the demands and lifestyle considerations of service members and athletes alike. I am deeply committed to making a positive impact in these communities, assisting individuals in achieving their goals—whether personal, performance-based, or somewhere in between.
